Armorblox provides email security to prevent cyber attacks and data loss through its natural language technology. Their team needed help improving the user experience and establishing a visual identity that could build trust and elevate their presence in the security space.
After our design and strategic partnership with Armorblox they were acquired by Cisco Security in 2023.

Claim had a vision to democratize web3 technologies to the mass market and make it friendlier and more accessible for the crypto-curious population.
Operating as a new type of loyalty rewards program, Claim allows brands to reward customers using NFT technology.
Our team partnered with Claim to deliver a best-in-class consumer product experience that was fun and exciting, even for the MVP. Informed and validated by early user research, we helped Claim shape their product roadmap with prioritized features and critical milestones while helping them establish their brand and visual identity.
UCSF Health wanted to improve the patient experience for new patients scheduling their first appointment. I came on as their lead designer to conduct user research, create and validate concepts, and establish a UI design system for a patient-facing and staff-facing application.
After the MVP launch, the organization received an overwhelmingly positive response from top leadership (ie. COO of the health system) and recognition in the system’s “state of the health system” address. The organization secured additional funding to build towards their vision for unified care.
